In 1906/07 Johann Hamspohn (AEG) had a villa built. In 2002 it was bought by Jörg Thiede and since 2004 there is an exhibition of the "Berliner Secessionisten". Since its purchase, it is also known as Villa Thiede.

Last time I looked in the garden there was a sculpture by Bernhard Heiliger - "Large Phoenix".
