Berlin Wall walk 1
This walk follows the course of The Wall. Here and there bits remain and there is often a strip in the road to show you where it used to be. The whole walk is quite long. Just stop when you've had enough, or do it by bike instead.

Start at Checkpoint Charlie (C). Occasionally you will see signs like this, marking the course of The Wall. Maybe you would like to visit the Haus am Checkpoint Charlie museum first?

With the white wooden hut behind you looking along Friedrichstraße, walk left along Zimmerstraße. Stay on the left-hand side of the road and imagine the wall towering over you, where it is marked in the floor. You will walk past the Wall-Street Gallery (why is it called that?) and a few other newer galleries. Watch out for the Markthalle III on the other side of the road.
